A Boy from Cuba in 1999 and A Woman from Dubai in 2007

A Boy from Cuba in 1999 and A Woman from Dubai in 2007

(Un Garçon de Cuba et d'une femme de Dubai)

Benazir Bhutto said, "When I was growing up I thought a woman could have it all and now I find that yes a woman can have it all but she has to be prepared to pay the price...," in "Doing it all: paying the price" of the following site:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/worldservice/people/features/wiwp/dyncon/bhutto.shtml#

Her death would lead to more determination of the Bush Administration on the War on Terror and political involvement in Pakistan, which would require more budgets and resources in addition to cooperation with Saudi Arabia.

Accordingly, the federal budget cut on domestic issues in the U.S. would be intensified.

Hence, the due interference to the sub-prime loan issue and crises in the financial industry by the US Government will be weakened.

Therefore, the pressure on Japan and China as well as GCC (oil producing Arab countries) to financially support the U.S. would become stronger, which would however further weaken the value of the dollar, leading to the global restructuring of the monetary system and economy (as predicted by unique Japanese critic Mr. Sakai Tanaka), in addition to US Military Global Re-deployment to which Japan is going to provide another huge financial support.

Also, the U.S. voters would be more alerted to the possible terror, recalling the 9/11 attacks, which should affect the outcome of the presidential primary election.

Just like the outcome of the Persian Gulf War in 1991 had haunted rather personally Mr. George W. Bush so much as to become determined to purge Saddam Hussein someday, the terror on Benazir Bhutto might haunt a new U.S. President in his/her policy on the War on Terror to be handed over by incumbent President Mr. George Bush.

Indeed, everybody will have to pay the price.

Truly, the real perpetrators of the 9/11 terror and the 12/27 terror will have to pay the price.

Mar 10:1 And he arose from thence, and cometh into the coasts of Judaea by the farther side of Jordan: and the people resort unto him again; and, as he was wont, he taught them again.

Mar 10:2 And the Pharisees came to him, and asked him, Is it lawful for a man to put away his wife? tempting him.

Mar 10:3 And he answered and said unto them, What did Moses command you?

Mar 10:4 And they said, Moses suffered to write a bill of divorcement, and to put her away.

Mar 10:5 And Jesus answered and said unto them, For the hardness of your heart he wrote you this precept.

Mar 10:6 But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female.

Mar 10:7 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and cleave to his wife;

Mar 10:8 And they twain shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain, but one flesh.

Mar 10:9 What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.

Now, a Japan's NHK satellite TV channel is broadcasting an interview program with Mr. Fidel Castro of Cuba, which was produced by a French TV company in 2003.

Before the 2000 US Presidential Election, a Cuban boy caught a big attention of the US media, since his mother, having left Cuba and her husband in 1999, had sacrificed her life trying hard to reach a beach of Florida with her very young son who only could make it but later was taken back to Cuba by his father through certain arrangement by then President Mr. Bill Clinton and Mr. Fidel Castro.

This incident eventually led to the victory of Mr. George W. Bush in Florida in 2000 (though it was like skating on the ice), thus leading to the U.S. invasion of Iraq in 2003 having been forced through by leveraging the fear of Islamic extremest terror among US citizens.

The assassination of Benazir Bhutto before the 2008 US Presidential Election might lead to a victory of a certain candidate and a big change in the US policy in the international arena.

Indeed, a divorce in Cuba led to the victory of Mr. George Bush and the US invasion of Iraq.

Truly, a marriage launched or maintained somewhere on the earth may lead to a greater victory and a greater advancement of somebody or a certain country.

(It is said that no news is good news in Japan.

So, we have to suffer even bad news to be engaged in a holy duel in one place after another like Jesus' disciples 2000 years ago or today's some athletes running or skating here and there.

Nights of September 11, 2001 and December 27, 2007 in Japan Time

(Nuits du 11 septembre 2001 et le 27 décembre 2007 au Japon Time)

Yesterday morning, I thought I had to write about Boston, a US city, since an FEN (US Military) radio station program talked about, briefly but so impressively for me, a brave woman having been executed on a false charge in a witch hunting court in Boston a few hundred years ago.

But, this morning I have to write about Ms. Benazir Bhutto, a former prime minister of Pakistan, since just like the night (in Japan Time) of September 11, 2001, last night I got a report about the assassination of her through the media while I was working late toward the midnight as usual, though this year it was December 27, 2007.

(Refer to an EEE reporter entry on October 20, 2007, where I mentioned the attempted assassination of her.)

Last night, BBC Radio on the Internet was first to confirm her death; then a minute or so later New York Times Online corrected its first and second articles on speculations about her safety and conditions. Wikipedia also updated within half an hour her information with a CNN screen image telling the attack.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Benazir_Bhutto

This morning, the fatal terror on Ms. Benazir Bhutto is the main feature on the front page of Japanese newspapers.

BBC Radio on the Internet is now also reporting a continued story of the terror that happened in Rawalpindi last night taking scores of lives including Ms. Bhutto, first elected prime minister of Pakistan in 1988 at the age of 35.

(Also refer to http://www.nytimes.com/2007/12/28/world/asia/28bhuttocnd.html?_r=1&hp&oref=slogin

"Mr. Galbraith’s father was accompanying Jacqueline Kennedy to a horse show in Lahore.

The two met again at Harvard, where Mr. Galbraith remembered Ms. Bhutto arriving as a prim, cake-baking 16-year-old fresh from a Karachi convent.

Ms. Bhutto often spoke of how her father encouraged her to study the lives of legendary female leaders, including Indira Gandhi and Joan of Arc, and as a young woman, she observed his political maneuvering up close.
")

The significance of this incident lies in a potential influence on Muslims in the world as in the case of the assassination of Ahmad Shah Massoud in Afghanistan on September 9, 2001, which eventually and even today has allowed leaders of AlQaeda to hide in those regions.

However, Allah must bring peace to pious Muslims in 2008.

Joh 10:1 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.

Joh 10:2 But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.

Joh 10:3 To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out.

Joh 10:4 And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice.

Joh 10:5 And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers.

Joh 10:6 This parable spake Jesus unto them: but they understood not what things they were which he spake unto them.

The BBC Internet Radio was also reporting last night on Japan's Prime Minister Mr. Yasuo Fukuda's arrival at Beijing, China, in the busy interval of its extensive reporting on the tragic incident in Pakistan.

The point of issue might be as to whose voices had led the late former Prime Minister of Pakistan to her own country from an exile.

I hope that Japan's Prime Minister, making a hard effort to resume the interrupted service of Japan's Maritime Self-Defense Forces on the Indian Ocean, would always listen to right voices for his official trip abroad.

(But, I assure you, faithful believers viewing EEE Reporter, of your safety.

You are safe, because the voice of God and Allah must be one and the same, even if He speaks to you in whatever language.

In case, has He spoken English, German, or French to you? Or, Japanese?

[As for me, Japanese, so far, since I cannot sacrifice it at all.])

If You Can Raise the Dead and Cast Out Devils

(Yet, Mt. Fuji in the Garden of Japan Like a Sword)

If You Can Raise the Dead and Cast Out Devils
(Si vous pouvez élever les morts et chassé des démons)

Every year in the Christmas season, one particular parson has been cursed: Judas Iscariot.

Is it a divine will to punish Judas, a certain person, as long as mankind cerebrates Christmas?

It is completely against the teaching of Jesus Christ.

Besides, is it possible that the God, the Son of God, or the Messiah cannot choose just 12 persons who never betray Him?

Is it possible that a success rate of the God, the Son of God, or the Messiah in any undertaking is just 92% (11/12) instead of 100%?

In addition, why weren't they just ten disciples instead of 12, though 12 is a base number for the Sumerians?

Yet, in this complicated theory, there must be another controversial disciple.

It might be Simon, who is called Peter.

Finally, if you can raise the dead and cast out devils, you do not have to betray Jesus Christ, since you can live on the ability as a saint by yourself.

Mat 10:1 And when he had called unto him his twelve disciples, he gave them power against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease.

Mat 10:2 Now the names of the twelve apostles are these; The first, Simon, who is called Peter, and Andrew his brother; James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother;

Mat 10:3 Philip, and Bartholomew; Thomas, and Matthew the publican; James the son of Alphaeus, and Lebbaeus, whose surname was Thaddaeus;

Mat 10:4 Simon the Canaanite, and Judas Iscariot, who also betrayed him.

Mat 10:5 These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not:

Mat 10:6 But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.

Mat 10:7 And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand.

Mat 10:8 Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give.

Mat 10:9 Provide neither gold, nor silver, nor brass in your purses,

Mat 10:10 Nor scrip for your journey, neither two coats, neither shoes, nor yet staves: for the workman is worthy of his meat.

(The Boston RedSox won the Major League Baseball Championship with two Japanese pitchers this season.

An FEN radio program broadcast in the Tokyo area last night talked about and praised a woman who had been falsely charged and tried in a witch hunting court in Boston a few hundreds years ago but refused to testify falsely against other women so as to die by hanging herself while saving other women's lives.

The Boston Globe reported on December 25, 2007:
"...The dinner settings gave the men gathered for Christmas at the homeless shelter something they rarely experience: dignity and a bit of togetherness...

Shelter residents said they battle daily for respect from others, as well as from themselves...

A Very Rare Historical Fact in the 10th Century B.C.

A Very Rare Historical Fact in the 10th Century B.C.
(Un fait historique très rare dans le 10ème siècle avant JC)

("The Queen of Sheba is mentioned as the 'Queen of the South' in the Matthew 12:42 and Luke 11:31 in the New Testament, where Jesus indicates that she and the Ninevites will judge the generation of Jesus' contemporaries who rejected him."

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Queen_of_Sheba

Yet, I wonder if there is a woman today who will be later called the "Queen of Sheba of the 21st Century.")

1Ki 10:1 And when the queen of Sheba heard of the fame of Solomon concerning the name of the LORD, she came to prove him with hard questions.

1Ki 10:2 And she came to Jerusalem with a very great train, with camels that bare spices, and very much gold, and precious stones: and when she was come to Solomon, she communed with him of all that was in her heart.

1Ki 10:3 And Solomon told her all her questions: there was not any thing hid from the king, which he told her not.

1Ki 10:4 And when the queen of Sheba had seen all Solomon's wisdom, and the house that he had built,

1Ki 10:5 And the meat of his table, and the sitting of his servants, and the attendance of his ministers, and their apparel, and his cupbearers, and his ascent by which he went up unto the house of the LORD; there was no more spirit in her.

1Ki 10:6 And she said to the king, It was a true report that I heard in mine own land of thy acts and of thy wisdom.

1Ki 10:7 Howbeit I believed not the words, until I came, and mine eyes had seen it: and, behold, the half was not told me: thy wisdom and prosperity exceedeth the fame which I heard.

Deu 10:1 At that time the LORD said unto me, Hew thee two tables of stone like unto the first, and come up unto me into the mount, and make thee an ark of wood.

Deu 10:2 And I will write on the tables the words that were in the first tables which thou brakest, and thou shalt put them in the ark.

Deu 10:3 And I made an ark of shittim wood, and hewed two tables of stone like unto the first, and went up into the mount, having the two tables in mine hand.

Deu 10:4 And he wrote on the tables, according to the first writing, the ten commandments, which the LORD spake unto you in the mount out of the midst of the fire in the day of the assembly: and the LORD gave them unto me.

A Christmas Eve Story

A Christmas Eve Story
(Une histoire à la veille de Noël)

Around 1615 in Japan, though its 100-year-long Civil War Age had been over 30 years before with the victory of Hideyoshi of the Toyotomi Family who had even tried to invade China through the Korean Peninsula (to punish a Chinese dynasty for their arrogance), the final civil war by samurais for the hegemony of Japan was fought between the Tokugawa clan coming down from Suruga (300 km east of Kyoto) and the Toyotomi family in Osaka (30km west of Kyoto) after the death of Civil- War-Age Hero Hideyoshi.

When Ieyasu won this war, where 300,000 Tokugawa samurai soldiers and 100,000 Toyotomi samurai soldiers were engaged in mortal battles, to seize the power all over Japan, he as a matter of course purged all the feudal lords who had joined the Toyotomi camp and fought confining themselves around the massive Osaka Castle during battles.

But, there were two exceptions. Two samurai feudal lords were exceptionally forgiven by Ieyasu, so that their clans could enjoy the title and position as well as prosperity under the Tokugawa samurai regime until 1868.

One samurai is Kazushige Aoki who had once served Ieyasu before he rendered homage to Hideyoshi. Ieyasu knew how brave and strong Aoki was so that Ieyasu engineered a plot to keep Aoki under restraint in Kyoto when Aoki visited Ieyasu in Suruga as an emissary from the Toyotomi Family. Eventually, Aoki could not join the battle in the Osaka Castle for the Toyotomis where tens of thousands of various sizes of matchlock guns were used (the largest harquebus-based war in the world).

After the war, Aoki was pardoned by Ieyasu who admired the past valor of Aoki and gave a fief or a territory in the north of the Yodogawa River of Osaka. The Aokis enjoyed prosperity under the Tokugawa samurai regime until 1868.

Another samurai is Nagatsugu Ito who actually fought until the end against the Tokugawa samurais around the Osaka Castle, but finally left for a mountain area after the fall of the Castle so as to commit a suicide with his own sword (called "seppuku" or "harakiri").

When Ito was waiting for an inspector of his seppuku, there came was a pardon issued by Ieyasu. Ito could secure his old fief and the position of a feudal lord. The Itos enjoyed prosperity under the Tokugawa samurai regime until 1868.

Taking into consideration the well-known severity of the samurai world 400 years ago, these two cases tell how much Ieyasu Tokugawa appreciated the valor of Kazushige Aoki and a certain merit of Nagatsugu Ito.

But, as for Ito, what merit did he have?

One theory is that Nagatsugu Ito was a samurai spy who had been working covertly for Ieyasu since another battle fiercely fought by the two camps in Sekigahara east of Kyoto 15 years before the decisive war in Osaka.

While joining the Toyotomi Family in the Osaka Castle, Nagatsugu Ito must have continued to provide critical information for the Tokugawa camp for 15 years, which led to the overwhelming victory of Ieyasu in Osaka, allowing him to set the foundation of the Tokugawa samurai regime, based in Edo (Tokyo), that lasted 250 years till 1868.

After the Magi or three Wise Men from the East confirmed that a Messiah was born among Israelites and returned to their home, did they just keep silent on the fact or forget about it?

My interpretation is that they sent a kind of agents or spies to Palestine after their return so as to monitor how the baby Jesus would grow up and act.

Probably, about 20 years after their return to home, Magi sent an agent to Israelites to witness how grown-up Jesus would act.

The name of the agent might have been Judas.
* * *

After the crucifix of Jesus, Roman Governor of Palestine Pontius Pilate experienced some mysterious incidents from a view point of today:

"In approximately 36, Pilate used arrests and executions to quash what appears to have been a Samaritan religious procession in arms that may have been interpreted as an uprising. [5] Pilate's behaviour was so offensive to the morals of the time that, after complaints to the Roman legate of Syria, Pilate was recalled to Rome, where he disappears from historic record. Pilate's supposed suicide [citation needed] is merely a legend, and not derived from any historical account."

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pontius_Pilate

According to description of Roman Emperor Tiberius Caesar Augustus in Wikipedia, "The Gospels record that during Tiberius' reign, Jesus of Nazareth preached and was executed under the authority of Pontius Pilate, the Roman governor of Judea. In the Bible, Tiberius is mentioned by name only once, in Luke 3:1, stating that John the Baptist entered on his public ministry in the fifteenth year of his reign. Many references to Caesar (or the emperor in some other translations), without further specification, actually refer to Tiberius."

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tiberius_Caesar_Augustus

Pontius Pilate might have, by mistake, killed somebody Roman Emperor or his direct subjects had sent as special agent to Palestine.
* * *

On February 22, 2007, I wrote in EEE Reporter:
"According to a recent astronomical study, a great eclipse of Jupiter by the new moon or the crescent occurred, in a manner that captured great attention of then astrologers, that is, on the horizon, on March 20 and April 17, 6 B.C.

(In 6 B.C., a Roman Governor in Syria is said to have held a census count.)

There is also a description that the parents of Child Jesus traveled due to a census count, and gave His birth in a not so cold environment.

Therefore, Jesus Christ might have been born in April 17, 6 B.C."

But, it also looks like an authentic thought that Jesus was born on the 360th day of the year and also in the 12th month of the year, since he had a duty to glorify Abraham and other ancestors, namely descendants of the Sumerian Civilization that had introduced the duodecimal calculation method, that is, based on the base number 12 or 60.

Then we have two Jesus' born on December 25, 7 B.C. and April 17, 6 B.C., respectively.
* * *

It is still a fantasy or a simple speculation, but we had better take note of the following theory:
(a) Judas might have been an agent sent by the Magi some 20 years after the birth of Jesus, since Judas' story was too drastic as an ordinary follower and betrayer.

(b) There might have been a special agent the Roman Emperor sent to Palestine almost for the same reason as the Magi did, since the Emperor had a certain reason to do so as the God chose the specific era with the specific Roman Emperor for His great plan.

(c) The Roman Governor might not have known existence of any of those two agents above described while he for himself was using a spy to monitor Jesus called King of Israelites by His followers.

(d) Eventually, the old Magi got a report that both Jesus and their agent died in a tragic manner each, while the Roman Emperor also got a report that both the so-called Israelite Messiah and his special agent died in a tragic manner each, probably on a cross on the same occasion outside Jerusalem.

(e) So, the Magi continued to help Israelites revolt against Romans in a different manner, while the Roman Emperor had his Governor take the blame.

* * *

In the era of the cold war in the 20th century, there are tens of thousands of spies and agents between the Soviet Union and the U.S.

So, in the era of the hot war in the first century, there must have been at least two agents or spies between ancient Persia and the Roman Empire, especially in strategically critical Palestine, since it was just one or two generations after the death of Cleopatra.
* * *

The emergence of Jesus Christ allowed for, among all, eventual avoidance of the all-out catastrophic war between the West and the East in the ancient world, in my interpretation respectfully being offered to my Lord.

But, the rigorous intelligence war must have been going on even in those days, which must have been reflected in the Gospel.

And, I think that this way of interpretation of the Gospel must be meaningful for us living today.

Indeed, still the war is going on in Iraq with a certain covert involvement of Iran.

Truly, armed conflicts are still going on in Palestine with a certain overt involvement of the U.S.

(Japan is the first country to celebrate the Christmas Eve on the earth among major countries, since it is situated at the end of the east.

Japanese must be also the first to present the new way of pious interpretation of the Bible.

Anger and Wrath of 2007

(Gee! Japan's largest artificial Xmas tree in the Hibiya Park yet to be lit up.)

Anger and Wrath of 2007
(La colère et la colère de l'année 2007)

I have a feeling that the following three topics have been viewed mostly in this year in the EEE Reporter blog, which is however beyond my expectation:

EEE-Reporter: The Silk Road 25 Years Ago
http://eereporter.blogspot.com/2007/08/silk-road-25-years-ago.html

EEE-Reporter: People's Hero and the Sword
http://eereporter.blogspot.com/2007/07/peoples-hero-and-sword.html

EEE-Reporter: Earthquakes and Awe of God Common to Japan and the War Area
http://eereporter.blogspot.com/2007/07/earthquakes-and-awe-in-god-common-to.html

Indeed, silk, the sword, and the earthquake are three of major features of Japan.
* * *

US CIA and FBI may arrest the leaders of AlQaeda based on description of EEE Reporter.

US Department of the Treasury and Wall Street may avoid catastrophe based on description in EEE Reporter.

Nonetheless, I would like to extend my compassion to all who have been victimized this year by the domestic and overseas policies of the U.S. Government the number of whom is, according to ABC, CNN, New York Times Online, and so on, large.

I would also like to deliver a memorial address to all the families of every fallen soldier who had justly performed his/her duty in Iraq and Afghanistan.
(Please double click on the image, if you like.)
* * *

It is said that 100 or so Japanese citizens were abducted by the intelligence agency of North Korea, especially, in 1970's and 1980's.

North Korea brainwashed those Japanese abductees so that they would cooperate with the agency in covert actions.

For example, some of them were forced to teach Japanese to spies of North Korea who could then easily enter South Korea via Japan as Japanese.

I really strogly hope that North Korea will change its policy, if not through a coup, and release all the Japanese abductees as soon as possible, or otherwise accept full-scale investigation in North Korea by the Japanese Government, since a mother of one of those abductees is said to have converted to Christianity for her wish to save her daughter relying on the divine power.
* * *

If a man gets angry, the anger can be often abused by bad guys.

That is why Jesus Christ said to forgive our enemies despite our anger or wrath against our enemies.

Anyway, if we have silk, the sword, and the earthquake, we do not have to adhere to anger or wrath.

(If you work sincerely in Tokyo, you may face daily various incidents that would spark fury.

Neither Christmas nor New Year festivity would fully resolve the suppressed emotion.

You would have to probably restart your spiritual journey from 2000 years ago, if not from 4000 years ago.

That is Christmas, which I really think about for you.)
