"I will come and heal him"

Onto the Tokyo Bay

Frankly speaking, it is not so difficult to understand the modern history of the United States.

The U.S. wanted to join the European Theater of WWII before the Pearl Harbor attack of December 1941.

It is still unknown how much the American Government and the American people then knew about large-scale silent attacks on Judaists by Nazi Germany.

But, when Nazi Germany occupied Paris in June 1940, started air raids on Great Britain in August 1940, and concluded the Three Axis Pact with Italy and the Empire of Japan in September 1940, some Americans must have started to think about a need to join the war in Europe in order to rescue the U.K. if not to save Judaists.

So, Nazi Germany and Hitler were careful not to provoke America. They even abandoned an idea of landing on Great Britain. Instead of demanding surrender of the U.K., Nazi Germany and Hitler started to invade the Soviet Union in June 1941, though without calling the Empire of Japan to any concerted military operation against the USSR.

As Nazi Germany and Hitler invaded Russia but not England, the U.S. could not find a reason for immediately joining the war in Europe. But, it is apparent that at this point the U.S. Government, but not the American people, got determined to join the war.

So, the U.S. wanted to join the European Theater of WWII before the Pearl Harbor attack of December 1941.

At the time, there are three parties working hard on the U.S. Government to lead America into participation in the war: the U.K., Judaists, and China, though China wanted the war between the U.S. and the Empire of Japan.

Finally, at some point in 1941, the U.S. Government got determined to join the war. For example, JFK joined the U.S. Navy several months before the Pearl Harbor Attack. And a news report that the Imperial Army advanced to South Vietnam taking over French ruling in July 1941 offended Washington and made angry President Roosevelt furiously, though Japanese occupation of Vietnam was based on an agreement with the French Government.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Invasion_of_French_Indochina

So, at the time, there were three parties working hard on the U.S. Government to lead America into participation in the war: Anglo-Saxons, Judaists, and Chinese.

Especially, Chinese elites and rich men intensified their lobbying activities for American involvement in the Japan-China war all the more.

Then, in November 1941, the U.S. Government sent the so-called Hull note to the Imperial Government in Tokyo, as a virtual ultimatum, since the U.S. Government had already pressed the Empire through oil/iron embargoes and forfeiture of Japanese assets in America, so that the Empire had no options left but total abandonment of its interest in China (as the Hull note so requested) or opening war with the U.S.

----------
On November 25 Henry L. Stimson, United States Secretary of War noted in his diary that he had discussed with US President Roosevelt the severe likelihood that Japan was about to launch a surprise attack, and that the question had been "how we should maneuver them [the Japanese] into the position of firing the first shot without allowing too much danger to ourselves.'"[2][3]

On the following day, November 26, 1941, Hull presented the Japanese ambassador with the Hull note, which as one of its conditions demanded the complete withdrawal of all Japanese troops from French Indochina and China. It did not refer to Manchukuo, in which hundreds of thousands of Japanese civilians were already living. Japanese Prime Minister Tojo Hideki said to his cabinet, "this is an ultimatum."

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hull_note
---------

Accordingly the Pearl Harbor Attack was carried out, though the U.S. Government and President Roosevelt thought the Imperial Navy would attack U.S. military bases and General MacArthur in the Philippines, while General MacArthur was not worried about air raids by the Imperial air squadrons from their Taiwan bases. They did not know that the Imperial Navy had already introduced the Zero fighter plane that could fly over 3,000 km, from a land base or an aircraft carrier.

The Empire of Japan launched a surprise attack as the U.S. Government and President Roosevelt had expected, but not on U.S. bases in the Philippines but in Hawaii, not by naval gunfire but by several aircraft carriers and more than three hundreds of fighter planes. And, soon after the Pearl Harbor attack, 200 Imperial fighter planes and bombers sortied over the South China Sea from Taiwan to American bases in the Philippines; losing 100 planes, General MacArthur had instantly lost superiority in the sky and over the sea.

Yet, from the beginning, the U.S. wanted to join the European Theater of WWII before the Pearl Harbor attack of December 1941.

After three years and eight months of fierce battles beyond human imagination (with kamikaze tactics and atomic bombs), the Empire of Japan surrendered and the WWII ended, as everybody knows.

Then, the U.S. wanted to join the civil war in Vietnam before the JFK assassination of November 1963.

After almost 12 years of fierce battles using full of modern weapons (but preventing direct involvement of China and the USSR), the U.S. pulled out of Vietnam and the Vietnam War ended, as everybody knows.

Then, the U.S. wanted to join the de-facto war between Israel and anti-Israeli Muslims before the World Trade Center & Pentagon attacks of September 2001.

After almost nine years, the main stage of the War on Anti-Israeli Terrorists has just shifted from Iraq to Afghanistan, as everybody knows.

*** *** *** ***

Today, if Americans read the Japanese Constitution (in English), they would not think that they could draft it so wisely and ideally. But, Americans in 1940's could do. Americans have changed so much since WWII. The American ideal those Americans cherished around 1945 was gone out of their mind.

Specifically, an influence of Judaists on the American politics and economy was not so salient and outstanding around 1945. America was without doubt a Puritan nation around 1945, no matter whatever degree it was to. But, after WWII, drastically America changed its religious landscape absorbing spirits of modern Judaism. A half-Judaist/half-Christian American cannot write, for example, a draft of the Japanese Constitution like the one some full-Christian Americans did after WWII.

For the WWII, the great tragedy of European Judaists was one of major causes.

For the Vietnam War, development of a great influence of American Judaists, such as Mr. Kissinger, was one of major background conditions, while Catholic President JFK was eventually assassinated, paving the way for the rise of Mr. Kissinger and the likes.

For the War on Terror, the Israeli-American alliance is a major underlying factor, though the Bushes and the likes have had a strong tie with Islamic elites of Saudi Arabia and so on. Even, President Mr. Barack Obama has been under an influence of Judaists very casually, if not intended for any specific causes unusual for ordinary Americans.

What I want to emphasize is that history still holds and uses Judaists as a key element by connecting them to the super-power America.

But, as Judaism, Christianity, and Islam, in addition to Judaistic philosophy such as Marxism, have prevailed all over the world, all the more Japan has become unique.

(Even China and North Korea are technically based on Marxism; India needs lessons from socialism.)

Accordingly, Japan must coexist with the world, since it has the Constitution framed by the American-Christian democratic ideal or the democratic ideal implanted through American Christians after WWII.

(As for the Article 9 issue, namely implication that Japan should surrender if once invaded by foreign forces without making war and resorting to Japan's military forces, it is invalid technically since it denies the existence of Japan and thus the existence of the Constitution itself. It is a suicidal article. So, it should be interpreted as requesting power to defend Japan different from that used in the era of WWII. It could be diplomatic power, economic power, technological power, cultural power, ethical power, or any power. New Japanese defence machine and systems must be subject to them, so that the Article 9 will not find any Army, Navy, and Air Forces, run by the Government based on the concept of the era of WWII, to apply to. And, Japan will be defended not through war but through exercise of such power. For example, before the Chinese military invades Japan, 400 million Chinese would stand against the Chinese Communist Party to topple its ruling if Japan exercises such power. This level of paradigm change is requested by the Article 9.)

I do and did not especially find glory in the movie "Gone with the Wind."

But, the fact that it was produced before WWII gave me a kind of shock always, since it was in 1970's that I first fully saw the movie, though no Japanese film makers in those days seemed to be able to present this scale of story on the screen in Japan while almost 30 years had passed since 1945.)

Mat 8:7 And Jesus saith unto him, I will come and heal him.

Mat 8:8 The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed.

Mat 8:9 For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it.

Mat 8:10 When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel.

U.S. Ambassador to Japan Mr. Roos attended the Hiroshima anniversary event today.

It is the first time that a U.S. ambassador joined the memorial service held in Hiroshima on August 6 every year.

President Mr. Barack Obama reportedly asked Ambassador Mr. Roos to join the event.

Accordingly, the French Government and the U.K. Government have sent their representatives to the Hiroshima event for the first time.

In the past year, 5,501 Hiroshima atomic-bomb survivors (radiation victims) died, further increasing the accumulated number of the victims of the 1945 Hiroshima nuclear-bomb attack to 269,446.

As the U.S. military was afraid of losing one million soldiers on battles planned to be carried out on the mainland Japan, the U.S. Government decided to use all the two atomic bombs they had in the summer of 1945.

Not only using atomic bombs, the U.S. Government wrongly asked the Soviet Union to join the Pacific Stage of WWII which was almost to be given up by the Empire.

But, some U.S. officers of WWII could not survive till 2010, like JFK.

SECTION I: Kennedy in August 1943

John F. Kennedy was prepared for the Pacific Theater of WWII, joining the U.S. Navy in September 1941 when he was 34 years old, though the Pearl Harbor Attack happened in December of 1941.

Kennedy had used his family influence to get into the war quickly. The Allies were in a campaign of island hopping since securing Guadalcanal in a bloody battle in early 1943. Kennedy was assigned PT-109 upon arriving at Tulagi. By August 1943, the Allies had captured Rendova and moved PT boat operations there. The US Army was driving the Japanese out of Munda airfield at New Georgia by August. All of the islands around Blackett Strait were still held by the Japanese.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Motor_Torpedo_Boat_PT-109

However, his commanding torpedo boat encountered a battle-tested destroyer of the Imperial Navy, Amagiri, around 2 a.m. on August 2, 1943 to be charged and cut half, since Imperial sailors found PT-109 800 meters far or within a 30-second range. (The collision might have caused explosion of torpedoes in PT-109, which must have largely destroyed Amagiri. So, there is still an argument about which of the captain of the dstroyer or the admiral of the fleet on board the same ship decided to take a risk of crashing Amagiri into PT-109.)

On 2 August, while returning from another Tokyo Express night reinforcement fast transport mission to Vila, Amagiri rammed and sank the future U.S. President John F. Kennedy's PT-109 torpedo boat. Many believe that the ship was not even aware of PT-109, which was difficult to see because of its small size and lack of lights. However, Robert J. Donovan in his book PT 109: John F. Kennedy in WWII, after interviewing many of the crew, concludes that it was not an accident, and he talked to the man at the wheel who was ordered to steer for a collision course. Amagiri also engaged other PT boats in the Blackett Strait south of Kolombangara. Lieutenant Commander Kohei Hanami — who commanded Amagiri at that time — attended President Kennedy's inauguration in 1961.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_destroyer_Amagiri

However, Kennedy swam for five hours helping and pulling other 10 crews through a rope to eventually reach a small uninhabited island. Then, Kennedy started to swim again, though his back bone was injured, to another island where he might have found a help, since he had been a good swimmer in Harvard.

Kennedy reached the next island to meet a native resident, so that he picked up a coconut on which to inscribe a message requesting rescue to the Allied Forces. The native islander took it and left Kennedy, but later he returned with a correspondence from a New Zealand unit. Accordingly, John F. Kennedy and other 10 crews were rescued.

The coconut was later placed in the Oval Office; it was there even on the day of the tragedy in Dallas.

John F. Kennedy visited Tokyo once on his way back to America from some international conference, which has not been widely known even today.

In the autumn of 1951 Kennedy, a U.S. congressman, visited Japan and got in touch with Hanami through Dr. Gunji Hosono, chairman of the Japan Institute of Foreign Affairs in Tokyo.

http://blogs.yahoo.co.jp/drmusou/58314735.html

During his stay in Tokyo in 1951, John F. Kennedy tried to find whether or where Kohei Hanami, the captain of Amagiri that destroyed PT-109 , still lived. Hanami lived in Fukushima Prefecture, Japan, working as a mayor.

In the magazine TIME issued on August 18, 1952, Kennedy's campaign for the Massachusetts senator seat was reported. In a footnote of the article, Kennedy's experiences in August 1943 was mentioned.

Hanami read this footnote and sent a letter to John F. Kennedy which was introduced in the issue of November 3, 1952 of the TIME.

Since then, Kennedy has heard from Kohei Hanami, who wrote; "When I read the TIME magazine of Aug. 18, which mentioned the battle in question, my memory being refreshed, I can vividly recall what happened...

I come to know from TIME that you are going to run for the next election of Senators. I am firmly convinced that a person who practice tolerance to the former enemy, like you, if elected to the high office in your country, would no doubt contribute...to the promotion of genuine friendship between Japan and the U.S."

http://blogs.yahoo.co.jp/drmusou/58314735.html

To this letter from Hanami, John F. Kennedy replied with a mail including his picture with a message on it written by himself, "Yesterday's enemy is today's ally."

They continued to exchange letters. Hanami celebrated Kennedy's marriage and then victory in the Presidential election.

Even though Hanami himself did not fly to America to help Kennedy's presidential campaign, ex-sailors of Amagiri visited America to boost Kennedy's popularity among voters. As a consequence, Kennedy could defeat Nixon at a margin of 0.04% in the share of the vote.

It might be said that Kennedy owed his victory in the 1961 election to ex-captain Kohei Hanami and ex-sailors of the Imperial Navy.

Note: As for Hosono Gunji who helped John F. Kennnedy find former Lieutenant Commander of the Imperial Navy Kohei Hanami, refer to the following paper.

This paper introduces the life and career of the internationally minded scholar, Professor Hosono Gunji, 1895-1969,who lectured on international law at Takushoku University in the postwar period. After studying at USC and Columbia University (MA 1922; Ph.D. 1926), Hosono served as a member of the Japanese delegation to the ILO in Geneva. While he worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he received LL.D from Tokyo Imperial University. The article traces his extensive personal relationships including John F. Kennedy, 35th President of the United States of America. Hosono played an important role in the foundation of the United Nations Association of Japan. He organized Japan Institute of Foreign Affairs and became chairman of the Board of Directors. Dr. Hosono worked throughout his life to promote friendly relations between the United States and Japan.

Hiroshima is a centeral city west of Osaka/Kyoto and east of the Kyusyu island.

It was also a key military city since the Meiji Restoration of the imperial authority in 1868.

The second atomic bomb was first planned to be dropped on Kokura, an industrial city located at the north end of the Kyusyu Island facing the Korean Peninsula.

But, due to weather condition, a B-29 bomber changed the course to Nagasaki located on the north-west part of the Island. So, Nagasaki was attacked with the second nuclear bomb on August 9, 1945, three days after the Hiroshima tragedy.

So, soldiers and citizens then living and working around Kokura survived as a kind of miracle. Some of them must be still alive, though 65 years have passed.

The Japanese people are not different from any other peoples in the world.

But, only samurais and samurai-spirited generals are different, since they do not mind atomic bomb attacks. If they lose a war to be killed, their shame cannot be alleviated by a fact that their enemy has used atomic bombs.

Inevitably, the Empire of Japan fell and was gone forever with atomic-energy-heated waves of the air, taking the last remnants of samurais with it, but leaving the Emperor and politicians in Tokyo for the new era.

Mar 8:5 And he asked them, How many loaves have ye? And they said, Seven.

Mar 8:6 And he commanded the people to sit down on the ground: and he took the seven loaves, and gave thanks, and brake, and gave to his disciples to set before them; and they did set them before the people.

Mar 8:7 And they had a few small fishes: and he blessed, and commanded to set them also before them.

Mar 8:8 So they did eat, and were filled: and they took up of the broken meat that was left seven baskets.

Mar 8:9 And they that had eaten were about four thousand: and he sent them away.

"ye fools, be ye of an understanding heart"

(Tokyo, a mecca for Chinese, Koreans, and Taiwanese)

Hottest Day and Days for Japan

Victims and their families of the Hiroshima or Nagasaki nuclear bomb attack say, "No more Hiroshima! No more Nagasaki!"

It implies that if the Japanese people had been informed of the American technological level that actually enabled development of atomic bombs, they would not have supported the Imperial government venturing into the Pearl Harbor attack in 1941.

But, more importantly, Hiroshima and Nagasaki victims must have seen power of the anti-God and the God, in whatever implication.

This scale of victimization can be only matched by Auschwitz.

All the Judaists in the world had better visit Hiroshima and Nagasaki, since Hiroshima, Nagasaki, and Auschwitz belong to the domain of the anti-God and the God.

"No more Hiroshima! No more Nagasaki! No more Pearl Harbor! No more Auschwitz! No more Crucifixion!"

SECTION I: Empire under the Great Depression

It is Korekiyo Takahashi that saved the Empire of Japan from the Great Depression that had started in the U.S. in 1929.

Probably, Mr. Barnanke of FRB must have studied some on the state of the Empire of Japan recovering so fast while the U.S. and the U.K. were in the middle of recession in early 1930's.

Inflation Adjusted-Economic Growth Rate of Japan
1927....3.4%
1928....6.5%
1929....0.5%
1930....1.1%
1931....0.4%
1932....4.4%
1933....11.4%
1934....8.7%

Takahashi as minister of finance took anti-deflation measures very quickly.

Takahashi carried out devaluation of yen, resulted in 40% depreciation of yen.

Takahashi took aggressive fiscal policy, issuing government bonds in a large quantity.

Takahashi had the Bank of Japan take up these government bonds, suppressing a rise of interest.

A rise of prices of goods was also controlled between 3% to 4% after BOJ started to buy the government bonds in 1932.

An amount of outstanding BOJ notes increased by 40%, but industrial output grew 2.3 times.

Five years before John Maynard Keynes launched his theory, Korekiyo Takahashi practiced actually contents of the theory of Keynes.

(Hitler adopted Keynes' theory, but Takahashi had given hints to Keynes.)

So, the Japanese Government today must follow this great precedence:
1. Lower an exchange rate of yen by 40%.

2. Issue government notes in a large quantity to exchange them with BOJ notes so as to increase circulation of yen notes by 40%.

3. Control the consumer price index around 3.5% and promote industrial activities by 150%.

Of course you need another Korekiyo Takahashi but neither Keynes nor Hitler, in order to realize this revolutionary change.

If Japan address this challenge with a new theory, Japan will lead the 21st century in terms of economy and economics.

SECTION II: This Evening's Miracle

Mt. Fuji, 100 km far, is not yet smoking!

In the summer, it is not so easy to have climate condition suitable for 60-miles distant observation to the west over cities and towns with millions of population.

In addition, a military plane was flying high in the sky (click on the picture for magnification).

And, the line of woods at the edge of paddy fields is actually a bank of the holy Arakawa River flowing to the left-hand side toward the Tokyo Bay 41 km far.

SECTION III: Takahashi Korekiyo & the Rothschilds

Korekiyo Takahashi (family name: Takahashi) sold Japanese government bonds to the Rothschilds family and other Judaists to raise funds for the war between the Empire of Japan and the Russian Empire (1904-1905).

------------
Takahashi Korekiyo, the Rothschilds and the Russo-Japanese War, 1904–1907

Economic historians know Takahashi Korekiyo (1854–1936) best for his countercyclical monetary and fiscal policies during the Great Depression of the 1930s. Takahashi, who served as governor of the central bank, prime minister and seven times as finance minister between 1913 and his assassination in 1936, devalued the yen, lowered interest rates, increased the money supply, and began substantial deficit financing in 1931–1932, five years before John Maynard Keynes published his seminal General Theory of Employment, Interest, and Money. Takahashi’s policies were so successful in engineering Japan’s economic recovery that one of his biographers, Goto Shinichi, has dubbed him 'Japan’s Keynes'.
...
And finally on 1 March, Lord Rothschild reports that 'Mr. Takahashi as usual behaved admirably; naturally the objections he raised at first were fully justified'. On 7 March he continues that ‘The Japanese are a remarkable nation, they have proven themselves on land and sea and their financial representative Mr. Takahashi deserves the highest praise for having placed the finance of the country on so firm and stable a basis’, and on 8 March, that 'all preparations are made for the Japanese Loan and the prospectuses will be issued this afternoon and judging from appearances I expect the loan to be a great success'.
...
On 7 May, Lord Rothschild wrote to Paris that, 'We can heartily congratulate you upon the expected satisfactory conclusion of a Franco-Japanese arrangement. We have always had great faith in Japan, faith in their military and naval prowess which the late war amply justified, faith in the resources of their country and still greater faith in the wisdom of the Japanese rulers …' Although Lord Rothschild and Alfred had met Takahashi when he first arrived in London in the spring of 1904, the 'always' had not begun until November 1905, that is, after the peace, when the risk of lending to Japan had been greatly reduced.

http://www.rothschildarchive.org/ib/articles/AR2006Japan.pdf

------------

Korekiyo Takahashi was once a poor samurai boy sent to America for study. But, he was fell in a trap to be sold as a slave boy in a "white" man's farmer. Later, he successfully got freedom and came back to Japan when the samurai era had just gone.

Takahashi one time taught English in a school in Tokyo. One of his students was notable literary man Shiki Masaoka. As the greatest author in Japan Soseki Natsume was Masaoka's close friend, it was very interesting that Soseki later suffered in London during his stay for study, while Korekiyo enjoyed social relationships with the Rothschild and even the British Royal family. (Takahashi even sent two dogs to Queen of the England, namely the wife of the then British King.)

Anyway, the two greatest men, Takahashi and Natsume, in the modern history of Japan were somewhat linked, though they lived in very different domains.

When the Empire of Japan lost both Takahshi and Natsume without authentic successors, it was faced with a critical moment of WWII.

If you have not fully studied Korekiyo Takahashi and Soseki Natsume, you cannot be regraded as an expert in Japan, though you might be regarded so in New York or London, since Rothschild learnt Japan through Takahashi.

In large-scale confirmation efforts by public offices all over Japan, scores of old people aged 100 or more are found to be missing, though there are more than 40,000 old people aged 100 or more in Japan.

An old woman aged 104 has been confirmed alive in her home with her family in northern Japan. As she has not received nursing care, only a face-to-face check can prove officially her living.

"and preached Christ unto them"

(Toward Ueno/Shinjuku, Tokyo)

Undisciplined Elites

They were stupidly laughing and smiling in a Q&A session of the National Diet, Tokyo.

Those Japanese national lawmakers are apparently brainwashed by an old standard of value: Lawmakers are the elite so that they are respected by ordinary citizens, especially voters.

They do not look like being afraid of checks by the audience who are watching live broadcast from the parliament. They lack ability to correctly measure the ability needed to address challenges they are expected to tackle. They are not learning anything from plights Mr. Hatoyama, Mr. Ozawa, and even Mr. Kan have been forced to face.

So, I saw a car with a license number plate showing "11-07."

Then I saw other showing "44-04."

A snap election will be probably held in the next April, with a result symbolized by "44."

SECTION I: American Whaling

Americans killed almost half a million whales in the past.

Yet, Hollywood praised the movie "The Cove," accusing Japan of its humble hunting of dolphins as traditional foods.

Accordingly, the God punished America around the Gulf of Mexico with crude oil.

--------------------
Marine Science

American Whaling

...
American whaling centered on the sperm whale with long voyages using a new type of ship. American whaling ships were outfitted with ‘try pots’ where the blubber was cooked on board ship, yielding the coveted oil. The oil was stored in barrels and, unlike fresh blubber, would not spoil because it had been cooked for a long time. Whaling voyages became longer and longer (up to five years) as the sperm whales in the Atlantic declined. By the late 1700s most voyages were all the way to the South Pacific (sometimes by way of the dreaded Cape Horn, at the tip of South America, and sometimes by the longer route around the Cape of Good Hope, at the tip of South Africa).

Sperm oil, spermaceti, and ambergris were the primary products from sperm whales. The sperm oil resulted from the 'trying out' of the blubber (cooking the blubber in the try pots on the whaling ships) and was used in lamps and as a lubricant...

The height of American whaling was from 1820 to 1850 – killing around 10,000 whales each year, sailing over 700 ships and employing over 70,000 people. The original techniques of the Basques (small open boats with a harpooner and long rope on the harpoon) prevailed as the primary killing mechanism. The long ride that many of these whale boats got after harpooning a whale became known as the "Nantucket sleigh ride."

...After the Civil War petroleum products began replacing the sperm oil in lamps and spermaceti in candles. Not much of the American whaling industry remained after 1925.

...The Charles Morgan is the only surviving American whaling ship. It is kept for public display at Mystic Seaport in Connecticut. Mystic Seaport is committed to keep this ship repaired and in use for public education.

SECTION II: Chinese Bubble to Burst

Japan and America cannot sacrifice 10% of its population for economic growth.

But, China can do 30% of its people to keep economy growing.

In a free democratic society, 10% of insurgents cannot be contained by legal power a government has.

But, in the Chinese society, 30% of insurgents can be easily contained by whatever power the Chinese Communist Party can abuse.

Accordingly, the Chinese economic bubble can continue more than in Japan or America.

Yet, when it blasts, damages China will have to suffer can be enormous.

II-1: The Bursting of the Chinese Bubble in 2010

--------------------
The Bursting of the Chinese Bubble in 2010

However, China’s debt concerns many experts; China’s national government owes a debt equal to roughly 70% of the 2009 Chinese GDP. By contrast, the United States’ national government owes a debt equal to roughly 50% of the 2009 U.S. GDP. Experts worry that the more debt that is on the books, the more vulnerable borrowers will be to shocks.

What happens if China's 'bubble' pops?

By Katie Benner, writerFebruary 5, 2010: 2:24 PM ET

"The government can really push money into enterprises to keep them going even amid a crisis," says Peter Morici, a public policy professor at the University of Maryland. "You wouldn't see a credit shortage like the one we saw in the U.S."

As for the rash of bad loans that could be made amid a period of forced lending, China has an answer to that, too. The government pushes debt problems off into the future and is notoriously opaque when it comes to reporting problems. For these reasons, bad debts would surface in a slow and hopefully orderly manner, Fitch wrote in its recent report.
...
As we saw with the massive $585 billion stimulus plan that China enacted amid the global financial meltdown, the government can move quickly without worrying about opposition parties or congressional slowdowns. During a crisis, time plays a huge role in damage control.
...
Bubbles in China are about much more than finance. Economic upheaval is a source of potential mass unrest, threatening the Communist Party. "

Is the China bubble about to burst?

By Hari Sud

Column: Abroad ViewPublished: January 29, 2010

Consider this: real estate values increased by 70 percent in Chinese cities in 2009, far beyond the average household’s affordable level. The stock market has skyrocketed by 80 percent beating even the best predictions for 2009. As the average Chinese have major investments in both these sectors, there will be turmoil if both sectors crash in 2010. If so, the U.S. recession of 2008-2009 would pale in contrast and China’s economic crisis could rival the U.S. depression of 1930.

Why are so many economists and brokers forecasting China’s internal implosion? Simply because they are reading about China’s US$580 billion stimulus package, the US$1.4 trillion lent by banks to the rich and powerful in China and the US$80 billion in foreign direct investment received in 2009. These are huge amounts of money that cannot be ignored.

This river of money has ended up in China’s real estate and stock markets. Everybody in the West knows what happens when markets shoot up too fast. They drop as rapidly as they rise, sinking tons of money. In the event of a stock market crash, all this money will evaporate and ruin the financial health of the country for a long time to come.

It is difficult to pinpoint when China will implode, but it seems certain that the laws of economics will take their due course. In this scenario, opportunists from the West, backed by Western money, will come into China’s financial markets and buy healthy Chinese companies on fire sale. Chinese investors will cry foul but to no avail. This will not be an end of the Chinese economy but rather a sobering reminder.

Nomura's Sun Says China Property 'Bubble' Will Burst; Prices to Drop 20%
By Shiyin Chen and Rishaad Salamat - Jun 16, 2010 11:57

National real-estate prices may drop between 10 percent and 20 percent on average, compared with an increase of about 22 percent last year, Sun Mingchun, a Hong Kong-based economist at Nomura, said in a Bloomberg Television interview.

“If you look at housing prices to disposable income in Beijing and Shanghai, they are 13, 14 times,” said Sun, whose team was ranked third in Institutional Investor’s 2010 Asian poll for China research. “There’s no way you can say there’s no bubble.”

Real-estate prices jumped 12.4 percent across 70 cities in May, adding to the 12.8 percent surge in April that was the most since the data series began in 2005. The gains suggest that measures ranging from a ban on loans for third-home purchases to higher mortgage rates and downpayment requirements for second- home purchases have yet to cool the real-estate market.

Bank of Japan's Shirakawa Sees Chinese Bubble Risk (Update1)

June 18, 2010, 5:33 AM EDT

(Updates with Bank of Japan comment in sixth paragraph.)

By Tatsuo Ito

China, the fastest-growing major economy, has been driving the global recovery. Exports jumped the most in six years in May, property prices rose at a near-record pace and inflation jumped to the highest in 19 months, putting pressure on Chinese authorities to let the yuan rise and increase interest rates.

Japan has relied on demand from China, the country's biggest overseas market, to fuel its own export-led rebound. Shipments abroad contributed the most to Japan's 5 percent annualized expansion in the first quarter. China grew 11.9 percent in the period, the fastest pace in almost three years.

Shirakawa said policy makers in China are addressing the risk of overheating, according to Tsumura. The central bank governor spoke in response to a question by Chief Cabinet Secretary Yoshito Sengoku.

During WWII, in an island of the South Pacific, some remnants of a Japanese platoon were wandering in the jungle as these soldiers had no foods, ammunition, and an effective command line after fierce battles against large American forces.

When they sat or lied down waiting for death. An aid man of a certain unit appeared with a syringe in his hand. He started to make an injection to each soldier. One after another, the wounded or starving soldiers fell down. But, to the last one, the medical orderly said, "Sorry, no more injection solution"; and he disappeared into the jungle like a ghost.

The last soldier started to wander again eventually to a newly built road leading to a base of some American troops. So, he sat on the road side, waiting for something.

There came a jeep with "white" soldiers on it. They saw the half-dying Japanese soldier but passed by.

After a long while, there came another jeep with "black" soldiers on it. They saw the half-dying Japanese soldier but passed by. Yet, it halted at some distance and came back to pick up the enemy soldier.

The Japanese soldier returned to Japan after the war. He started to work as a driver of a Tokyo street car and then a Tokyo city bus.

He, namely a miracle veteran of WWII, sometimes recalled the incident, saying to young friends, "I was saved by black guys (but not by white guys) in the South Seas."

I am afraid of what might happen when all the veterans of WWII have gone out of Japan to Paradise.

So, I am reporting some to meet the deadline of this era.

Proud Fools

Kaishu Katsu (1823-1899) is one of the last samurai heroes who lived over the Meiji Restoration of the imperial authority that did away with the Tokugawa samurai regime in 1868.

He visited the U.S. in 1860 as a member of Tokugawa's envoy to the U.S., though Katsu sailed back from San Francisco, which was the first official Japanese sailing across the Pacific Ocean with Japanese in charge of piloting the ship.

After coming back to Japan, he respectfully reported to Shugun (samurai king) Iemochi in the Edo Castle. On this occasion one of senior samurai asked about difference between Japan and the U.S.

Katsu answered: "In America those ranked high in the government are wise enough for their status."

Indeed, Kaishu Katsu (1823-1899) was one of the last samurai heroes who lived over the Meiji Restoration of the imperial authority that did away with the Tokugawa samurai regime in 1868.

SECTION I: Naoto Kan vs. Ichiro Ozawa

On September 14, the Japanese ruling party DPJ is going to have its regular convention to elect a new head who is to be elected as prime minister of Japan in the National Diet if anybody except incumbent head Mr. Naoto Kan is so elected.

P.M. Mr. Kan failed in the 11-07-2010 Upper-House election where he could have only 44 candidates elected though his target was 54. His approval rating fell by 25% to 35% or so since he assumed office of the prime minister in early June.

So, he can be replaced, but his predecessor Former P.M. Mr. Yukio Hatoyama served as prime minister only for nine months after the historical regime change realized through 30-8-2009 Lower-House election. Accordingly, replacing Mr. Kan in September does not look advantageous for maintaining political stability and administrative efficiency in addition to diplomatic reputation of Japan. But, some members of the DPJ seem to be determined to challenge P.M. Mr. Kan, since they want Mr. Ichiro Ozawa to lead Japan.

In 1994, the only Cabinet that was not established by the conservative LDP for half a century till the Hatoyama Cabinet collapsed as then P.M. Mr. Morihiro Hosokawa resigned after nine-month ruling. At that time lawmaker Mr. Ozawa was the top leader in allied ruling parties. Yet, he failed in bolstering the Hosokawa Cabinet, since P.M. Hosokawa could not keep promises with then U.S. President Mr. Bill Clinton. In addition, America doubted whether a key minister of the Hosokawa Cabinet had a special tie with North Korea while the Clinton Administration was studying a possible war with North Korea. Accordingly, a political fund scandal surfaced around P.M. Mr. Hosokawa, forcing him to step down and paving the way for a comeback of the pro-American LDP to power in 1994.

Mr. Ichiro Ozawa was the head of the DPJ till May 2009 since 2006. He could have been elected as prime minister of Japan in lieu of Mr. Hatoyama, if he had not stepped down due to a political fund scandal. Nonetheless, supporting the quasi-revolutionary Hatoyama regime, Mr. Ozawa led the ruling DPJ as Director-General. Mr. Ozawa acted like a boss to P.M. Mr. Hatoyama. But, when P.M. Mr. Hatoyama stepped down spontaneously before the 11-07-2010 election due to a too-low approval rating, Mr. Hatoyama virtually forced controversial Mr. Ozawa to leave the leading post of the party, which was positively accepted by the Japanese media and voters. And, new P.M. Mr. Naoto Kan alienated Mr. Ozawa riding on the anti-Ozawa boom of the society, which made Mr. Ozawa angry. Finally, the DPJ lost the Upper-House election despite hard efforts by P.M. Mr. Kan as well as by Mr. Ozawa.

There is one more grave issue for 40-years-long lawmaker Mr. Ichiro Ozawa. He is now under investigation by the Committees for the Inquest of Prosecution as to whether or not Mr. Ozawa should be officially prosecuted for an illegal political fund handling. Conclusion is yet to be announced.

Taking into various conditions, it is unlikely that Mr. Ozawa tries to become the head of the DPJ and thus prime minister of Japan. But, he seems to be resolute in rejecting another term for Mr. Kan as the head of the DPJ and thus prime minister. Mr. Ozawa is said to control 150 DPJ national lawmakers among 400+. With Mr. Hatoyama's faction consisting of 50 or so members, Mr. Ozawa can take control of the scheduled DPJ convention on Sept. 14.

Another factor is America. There is now even a stupid rumour that Mr. Ichiro Ozawa met with one of the so-called "Japan handlers" Mr. Michael Green in the Hachijojima Island, 300 km south of Tokyo, when he hastily visited the Island on July 18 as if he had come for fishing, and flew back to Tokyo so hastily next day. Mr. Green encouraged Mr. Ozawa to take over from P.M. Mr. Kan.

(Michael Green is the Japan Chair and a senior adviser at the Center for Strategic and International Studies [CSIS], as well as an associate professor of international relations at Georgetown University.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Green_(political_expert))

According to the hearsay, Mr. Green came to the island, a tourist spot, on board a USS nuclear submarine that sailed out of the U.S. Naval base at Yokosuka, 40 km south-west of Tokyo.

The Kan Cabinet is full of socialistic ministers while the DPJ has many pro-North Korean lawmakers. Even the Obama Administration might find a problem in it, since South Korea and the U.S. are now somewhat on alert against North Korea who sank a S. Korean naval ship a few months ago. Especially, the Kan Cabinet very recently invited a former N. Korean spy to have her meet families of Japanese citizens abducted by North Korea. (In 1987 she had set a bomb in and blown off a S. Korean jet liner killing more than 100 passengers but was arrested by South Korea after the incident.) The female spy was allowed to stay in Former P.M. Mr. Hatoyama's villa in Karuizawa and the Imperial Hotel in Tokyo. This VIP treatment should surprise CIA of America.

Some Japanese speculate that America is now helping Mr. Ichiro Ozawa take over from P.M. Mr. Naoto Kan, though it might be a subordinate to Mr. Ozawa that will become new prime minister of Japan this September.

And, it that case, the ruling DPJ and the opposition LDP might form a coalition cabinet, since the DPJ has no majority in the Upper House. If so, the old and experienced LDP might be also helping Mr. Ichiro Ozawa take over from P.M. Mr. Naoto Kan, though it might be a subordinate to Mr. Ozawa that will become new prime minister of Japan this September.

This is the true situation in the political community of Japan today.

(And I do not find a high level of wisdom in this scenario. Mr. Ozawa should support P.M. Mr. Kan at least till the passing of the 2011 budget legislation expected in the next spring.)

*** *** *** ***

So many Japanese ambitious people today, including politicians, say they respect Sakamoto Ryoma, one of the last samurai heroes who could not live over the Meiji Restoration of the imperial authority that did away with the Tokugawa samurai regime in 1868.

But, Kaisyu Katsu saved 1.5 million residents in Edo (Tokyo) from possible fierce batttles between samurais on the emperor's side and those on the Tokugawa shogun side. His risky negotiations with Takamori Saigo resulted in peace just a day before the planned all-out attck on Edo.

Katsu was also a one-time teacher for Ryoma who was assassinated in Kyoto before the Meiji Restoration.

Yet, Katsu lived his latter life as high-ranking official and nobleman in the Meiji imperial government, sitting at a desk to sign and seal documents day after day in a government office in Tokyo.

He might have recalled his own words of one or two decades ago: "In America those ranked high in the government are wise enough for their status."

Everbody learns about Kaisyu Katsu in school of Japan, even today.

"because they have now been with me three days"

(All Around Tokyo - 20 mile range)

Economy Secondary Matter

Economy is a secondary matter.

So, Jesus Christ preached continuously for three days without Himself eating and providing foods for a multitude of people.

It looks like that everybody was satisfied even physically listening to teaching of Jesus Christ.

So, foods, money, and economy are all a secondary matter for mankind.

The above figures tell that economy of Japan is very exceptional.

This difference must be well understood. Simple economic theories European and American economists can think of cannot apply to Japan.

The above figures alone justify provision of yen notes by the Japanese Government to replace tax collection with this scheme of using Government-printed yen notes for execution of budget.

Practically, the government notes will be exchanged with yen notes the Bank of Japan prints through an account in the BOJ.

Conversely, the GDP deflator of Japan requests the Japanese government to infuse more yen notes into the society apart from monetary operation by the BOJ.

If the GDP deflator of Japan is turned into a positive figure as a result of a large scale provision of yen notes by the Japanese Government, it means that the society has now appropriate level of yen notes.

The foreign exchange market will fairly appraise yen, accordingly.

SECTION II: BRAZIL

The 1968 Mexico City Olympic Games did not help Mexico develop and catch up with America, at least in terms of security in society.

The 2004 Athens Olympic Games did not help Greece develop and catch up with Germany, at least in terms of financial security.

Is the 2008 Beijing Olympics Games helping China develop and catch up with Japan, at least in terms of non-gilded GDP?

Unlike the export-based drug cartels of Colombia or Mexico, Rio's gangs are wholesale importers—of cocaine from Bolivia, Peru, and Colombia, and of marijuana from Paraguay—as well as managers of their own retail distribution networks. At least a hundred thousand people work for the drug gangs of Rio in a hierarchical structure that mimics the corporate world. The state is almost completely absent in the favelas. The drug gangs impose their own system of justice, law and order, and taxation—all by force of arms. Rio is the top-ranked city in the world for "violent international deaths," with just under five thousand murders last year, at least half of which were drug-gang related. Two decades after the collapse of Communism the region's Marxist guerrillas have disappeared, only to be replaced by violent drug mafias. The politician and former guerrilla Alfredo Sirkis likens the spread of Rio's gang culture to Al Qaeda's appeal to disenfranchised youths in Muslim societies.

Brazil can meet 90% of its demand for crude oil with its own domestic production of crude oil.

Brazil is the No. 1 exporter of iron ore in the world.

Brazil is the No. 1 producer of bio-ethanol in the world.

Will economic growth in a present manner realize the rule of justice and law in Rio?

Can Brazil alone protect the nature of the Amazonian region?

As Brazil once suffered a 16,358,800% increase or 160,000-times increase in the consumption price index, mentality of the people must be very unique.

Incidentally, there are reportedly 280,000 Brazilians living in Japan that has a population of 127 million.

Among 79,960 Brazilian visitors to Japan in 2007, 1,160 were arrested by the police in criminal cases. This crime rate (1,396/100,000) is four times larger than that of Japanese citizens (298/100,000).

But, how Jesus Christ solved the matter of foods, money, and economy is very practical.

It looks so, since He knew that many of the people had foods and money hidden in their bags and pockets while pretending that they had not.

According to a theory, the most distant point in the universe for you is where you are, if you ever start to go to the boundary of the time and space.

Mankind will not be able to find a more suitable planet than the earth if we travel the universe any far in any future.

Mankind will not be able to create another solar system and another earth if we obtain a super technology in any future.

Anyway, according to a theory, mankind has reached its apex of glory 2000 years ago when the Son of God appeared on the earth.

All through the universe, I suppose, it is only to the earth that the Creator of the universe has sent His Son.

It is because, I suppose, the earth is the best of the best works of the God Almighty. He must be angry as the earth has been so contaminated by foolish members of mankind. Today, value of money is based on the modern industry which owes its success to the European Christian Civilization.

Anyway, I cannot stand those indelicate behaviors of politicians, comedians, and gangsters, including men and women, contaminating the world in exchange with mere $1 million, $1 billion, $1 trillion, and $1 quadrillion.

Have not they ever learnt anything from the death of Princess Diana and JFK Jr. in the late 20th century?

Corruption invites terror of any scale.

Specifically, Iran might be equipped with nuclear weapons and Chinese economy might undergo a burst of the current bubble, even though Japan might be able to eventually find a new economic theory and system through its decades-long efforts.

When you are eating, drinking, laughing, and dancing, history might start to correct itself, which might not be good news for you at all.

Anglo Saxons vs. Japanese?

President Mr. Bill Clinton, FRB Chairman Mr. Greenspan, and Secretary Mr. Summers were all laughing at Japan in late 1990's, since Japan was in a decade long recession after the burst of the economic bubble.

Judaists and Israelis in the world should listen to Japanese rather than Anglo Saxons.
