"adultery with her already in his heart" - (Dangerous High Arab Connections)

Dangerous High Arab Connections (Connexions dangereuses arabe de haut)

IAEA scientists and staff members came to Japan and visited Fukuhsima Daiichi, taking several hours on site to check damaged facilities.

They would soon issue a report when they return to Europe.

Anyway, their on-site inspection should be respected, since no ministers in charge of the Japanese Government have yet conducted on-site inspection, though it has already passed two months since March 11, 2011.

SECTION I: Connections

It is well know that the Bush family has had a strong tie with the bin Laden family of Saudi Arabia.

In this circle a notorious Arab arms dealer, namely Mr. Adnan Kashoggi, has been involved.

Mr. Kashoggi's sister was mother of Dodi Al-Fayed who associated with Princess Diana.

It is also well known that the British Royal Family has helped British weapon industry to sell weapons to Saudi Arabia like Former U.S. President Mr. George H.W. Bush. They have found merit in connection with Mr. Adnan Kashoggi.

Accordingly, the British Royal Family, the Bush Family, the bin Laden Family, the Kashoggi/Al-Fayed clan, and some others formed a circle to sell weapons to Saudi Arabia.

Therefore, it is no wonder that Princess Diana thought that her association with Dodi Al-Fayed was safe and overlooked by the British Royal Family.

Even Israel has had a linkage with this circle through Mr. Richard Perle who worked in the White House governed by Ronald Reagan and Mr. George W. Bush and had a tie with Mr. Adnan Kashoggi.

So, everybody looked so sharing in benefits till the 9/11 Terror was executed by orders from Osama bin Laden.

However, it was after the 1997 Death of Princess Diana that Osama bin Laden intensified his attacks against the U.S.

Psychologically, the death of Princess Diana in Paris in 1997 must have a grave impact on Osama bin Laden.

(Indeed, Osama bin Laden was connected to Princess Diana through Khalid Bin Mahfou and Mr. Adnan Khashoggi/Dodi Al-Fayed so closely and dangerously.)

Yet, in the wake of the 9/11 Terror, the then President Mr. George W. Bush immediately started a plan to attack Saddam Hussein of Iraq who was a threat to Saudi Arabia and an enemy of his father Mr. George H.W. Bush. President Mr. George W. Bush would not jeopardize his relationship with the bin Laden family. What is a big surprise is that the American Media, the American Congress, and the American citizens just embraced the plan of President Mr. George W. Bush: to attack the enemy of Saudi Arabia and his father Bush Sr., Saddam Hussein, but leave the bin Laden family free and safe.

But, juts in two years since President Mr. Barack Obama assumed presidency, he could simply take on Osama bin Laden in Pakistan just when a son of Princess Diana celebrated his own wedding in London.

Indeed, a sub-era of dominance of the circle of the British Royal Family, the Bush Family, the bin Laden Family, the Kashoggi/Al-Fayed clan, and some others seems to have ended.

Though American voters once followed President Mr. George W. Bush into the War in Iraq, they look like having made a right choice in 2008 to vote for Mr. Barack Obama, since President Mr. Obama took on Osama bin Laden hiding near the capital of Pakistan in 2011.

Now Muslims are engaged in fight for democracy in Tunisia, Libya, Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Bahrain, Yemen, etc.

They must now know that their centuries-long problems cannot be addressed by simply following Dodi Al-Fayed or Osama bin Laden.

Yet, for another precaution, let's confirm what product Princess Diana was in the figure below:

SECTION II: Electricity Prices

Costs of electricity is fairly low in North America.

Consumers in Japan, the U.K., and Italy spend almost twice more for electricity than the U.S. consumers do.

http://www.saxifrages.org/eco/go20h/World_Electricity_Prices

It must be related to room for further expansion of GDP, since use of electricity is fairly related to growth in GDP.

Japan, the U.K., and Italy have longer history of civilization than the U.S. Their environment and territorial space must be getting closer to saturation than in North America.

Yet, if six billion people on the earth come to use electricity like Americans, the earth would be surely heated to accelerate global warming, though it looks like now being superseded by global cooling power of the nature.

There is an old man living near the Fukshima Daiichi nuclear power plant.

When he was 19 years old, he encountered the atomic bomb attack in Hiroshima as a soldier of the Imperial Army. Then he returned to his hometown to start dairy husbandry when he was in the middle of his 20's, though he felt some ailment since he had received radiation at the distance of just 2 km from the Hiroshima Ground Zero.

Nown in his 80's, he is forced to abandon his business he has been engaged in for 60 years. He has sold all the cows and bulls he fostered.

It is due to the accident of Fukushima Daiichi.

Probably, his story implies that the significance of the Fukushima Daiichi accident ranks with the Hiroshima atomic bomb attack.

Indeed, Japan has not triggered a world financial crisis, though economists in the world so often talked about the possibility in this decade. It has shook the world with another Hiroshima-class "event."

It is time to think it over a sin of modern civilization of mankind.

Mat 5:28 But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.

Mat 5:29 And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.

"the high priest asked them" - (Great Nations, Great Cities)

From Tokyo

Bay Area...

Great Nations, Great Cities (Les grandes nations et des villes des Grands)

Jerusalem has never been the greatest city in the world unlike Rome, London, and New York.

Israel has never been the greatest country in the world.

But, everybody has been taught in these 2000 years what happened in Jerusalem of Israel 2000 years ago.

And, 2000 years ago did they teach anything about Mesopotamia? Yes, the first book of the Hebrew Bible (or the Christian Old Testament) is the Book of Genesis. Whenever they thought of their origin they thought of Mesopotamia but neither of Egypt nor of Europe. Between 2000 BC and 1 BC, southern Mesopotamia was not necessarily a dominant region but must have been referred to as homeland of Abraham in this period by Israelites.

So, what I think is in AD 4000 what city or nation will be remembered as spiritually the most important city and region for the preceding 2000 years between 2001 and 3999.

Indeed, we are at the start of the third bimillennium.

SECTION I: Biggest Nations

The Tokyo metropolitan area consists of Tokyo Prefecture, Kanagawa Prefecture, Saitama Prefecture, Chiba Prefecture, etc. It occupies most part of the Kanto Plain connected to Tokyo Bay and the Mt. Fuji region.

It is said that the Japanese population is in a downward trend, but Japan is still a big nation in terms of the population.

1. China
:-------+-------+------+------+------+------+---1,331,460,000
2. India
:-------+-------+------+------+------+----1,155,350,000
3. USA
:-------+----307,010,000
4. Indonesia
:-------+-229,660,000
5. Brazil
:-------193,730,000
6. Pakistan
:-----169,710,000
7. Bangladesh
:-----162,220,000
8. Nigeria
:----154,730,000
9. Russia
:---141,850,000
10. Japan
:---127,560,000

SECTION II: Biggest Metroplexes

The Tokyo metropolitan area occupies most part of the Kanto Plain, surrounded by the Mt. Fuji region, northern mountains, northeast mountain areas, and Tokyo Bay within a 100 km radius range, including Yokohama City, Saitama City, and Chiba City. (The border to Fukushima Prefecture is at around 150 km from the Tokyo Station.)

1. Tokyo (Japan)
:-------+-------+ ------+------+------+------+ ----35,330,000
2. Mexico City (Mexico)
:-------+-------+ ------+--18,740,000
3. New York (USA)
: ------+-------+ ------+--18,730,000
4. Sao Paulo (Brazil)
: ------+-------+ ------+18,330,000
5. Mumbai (India)
: ------+-------+ ------+18,200,000
6. Derry (India)
:-------+-------+ ---15,050,000
7. Shanghai (China)
:-------+-------+ --145,000,000
8. Calcutta (India)

9. Dacca (Bangladesh)
:-------+-------+12,580,000
10. Buenos Aires (Argentina)
:-------+-------+12,550,000

Whether you admit or not, Tokyo can be the capital of the world like Jerusalem, if humbly described, though not yet so manifested in history.

SECTION III: The 3/11 Tsunami Video Taken by Residents

A little snow was falling on March 11, 2011 in northeast part of Honshu Island of Japan.

In one video, a Japanese citizen living in his home happened to take video of a tsunami rushing in and almost carrying a passer-by, though his family tried to rescue the person.

In another, people of a community were overwhelmed by a coming tsunami so powerful and horrible.

http://asuma-ken.blogspot.com/2011/05/blog-post_23.html

SECTION IV: Energy Related Patents in America

Japan is the second largest applicants to the US Patent and Trademark Office next to the U.S. itself in the field of energy-related technology.

Patent-based Technology Analysis Report – Alternative Energy
SOL: Solar energy
WIN: Wind power
BIO: Bio energy
HYD: Hydro power
GEO: Geothermal energy
OCN: Wave and tidal power
H&FC: Hydrogen and fuel cell
CCS: Carbon capture and storage
WST: Waste-to-energy
...
Hydrogen and fuel cell technologies have seen increasing numbers of applications at USPTO since the mid-1990s. Fuel cells were initially designed for use in spacecraft but in the 1990s, further civilian uses were identified. Recently, the US government, together with major automotive and refinery companies laid out a "National Hydrogen Energy Roadmap" to foster research and development of hydrogen-related technologies. Commercialization of hydrogen liquefaction systems and automotive fuel cells has also been a focus of industry in the United States (DOE 2006).

http://www.wipo.int/patentscope/en/technology_focus/pdf/landscape_alternative_energy.pdf

So, China and South Korea have been stealing Japanese technologies in these decades. Experts in non-nonsense fields of the world all know it. Only students in China and South Korea are not taught this fact.

Yet, Japan needs China and South Korea as its operation ground due to a limit of Japan's land size and for preservation of its priceless nature.

Now a big typhoon is around the Philippines moving north and northeast to Taiwan, the Okinawa Islands, and the Japan proper.

Typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, traffic accidents, and suicides have been major threats to the Japanese society.

But, finally, the nuclear threat is posed, as Japan planned to build 11 more nuclear reactors in the very near future.

Indeed, it is crazy. It is so since any nuclear plant cannot stand a disaster caused by a typhoons, an earthquake, a tsunami, a volcano eruption, a jet plane crash, and suicides of operators all happening together. In war, any nuclear power plant can be an easy and horrible target for enemy missiles and bombers.

Truly, compared with a state before March 11, 2011, every critic, journalist, or blogger in Japan is talking about 100 milli sieverts, 20 milli sieverts, 1 milli sieverts, 0.07 micro-sieverts and other radiation levels like a mad man. So, it is enough. Fukushima Daiichi must become history as soon as possible.

Act 5:26 Then went the captain with the officers, and brought them without violence: for they feared the people, lest they should have been stoned.

Act 5:27 And when they had brought them, they set them before the council: and the high priest asked them,

Act 5:28 Saying, Did not we straitly command you that ye should not teach in this name? and, behold, ye have filled Jerusalem with your doctrine, and intend to bring this man's blood upon us.

Act 5:29 Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men.

"they glorified God" - (Levels of Radiation and Calculation)

Tokyo Streets in the Rain

Levels of Radiation and Calculation (niveaux de rayonnement et le calcul)

As all the six nuclear reactors of Fukushima Daiichi are stopped due to the 3/11 Disaster, Tokyo Electric Power Company has lost 32,949,000,000 kilowatt-hours in its output of power generation.

Accordingly, in late March and in early April, TEPCO applied regional planned outage to its service areas around Tokyo (which is now not implemented).

Though this outage did not apply to Tokyo Metropolitan Area, the Imperial couple of the Emperor and the Empress stopped using electricity as if the Imperial Palace had been included in a certain outage area. Their Majesties the Emperor and Empress reportedly dined by candlelight without space heating by electricity during the assumed outage.

Of course, the government office, ministry buildings, the Prime Minister Office, and TEPCO's headquarters building enjoyed electricity as much as they wanted during the planned outage applied to some areas around Tokyo.

I think that there are many Japanese voters who want Prime Minister Mr. Naoto Kan to resign at appropriate timing or as soon as possible, since the 3/11 Disaster occurred while he was held against having received illegal political money from a Korean resident in Japan.

SECTION I: Fukushima Elementary/Middle Schools Radiation Levels

There are more than 1600 elementary schools, junior high-schools, and kindergartens in Fukushima Prefecture as the prefecture has 2 million population.

A Japanese authority measures a radiation dose level at the height of 1 cm and 1 meter above the play ground of each school to present results in a web site. For example:

#...Name...City...micro Sieverts/hour (1 cm)...micro Sv/h (1 meter)
7 - Onami Elementary School, Fukushima: 6.1, 4.8
249 - Sakura Nursery, Koriyama: 5.2, 3.2
970 - Tamano Jr. High, Soma, Soma: 5.2, 4.1
1003- Onahama Higashi Elementary, Iwaki: 0.75, 0.62

http://atmc.jp/school/

The dose of 5 micro Sieverts per hour means 120 micro Sieverts per day, 3.6 milli Sieverts/month, and 43 milli Sieverts/year, which is believed to be fairly dangerous to children.

SECTION II: PC Performance in 2000's

Let’s pick up PCs made by Toshiba (a Japanese electronics giant) in 2000’s.

Launch Date...Model...CPU...Memory...HDD
============================================
Oct. 2000…DB65P/4MC…650MHz…64MB…20GB

Oct. 2001…T3/410PME…1GHz…256MB…30GB

Oct. 2002…T6/518CDE…1.8GHz…256MB…40GB

Oct. 2003…EX/522PDET3…2.2GHz…256MB…80GB

May 2004…VX/2W15LDSTW…1.5GHz…256MB…80GB

Aug. 2005…VX/670LS…1.73GHz…512MB…100GB

Aug. 2006…TX/980LS…1.66GHz…1GB…120GB

Aug. 2007…TX/67D…1.80GHz…1GB…160GB

Aug. 2008…TX/66G…2.26GHz…2GB…320GB

Oct. 2009…TX/66K…2.53GHz…4GB…500GB

Between 2000 and 2009, the CPU performance increased by 3.9 times; the memory size by 62.5 times; and the hard disk capacity by 25 times.

In total a personal computer was powered up by 3.9 x 62.5 x 25 = 6094 times.

The operating system was enhanced from Windows Me to XP and Vista and to Windows 7.

If it is simply translated to processing time, a manipulation of a PC that had taken one hour and 40 minutes in 2000 could be completed in one second in 2009.

Or what it had taken a full day in 2000 to handle a bunch of data files could be accomplished in 14 seconds in 2009.

It is enormous progress. It is no wonder that CIA could not find whereabouts of Osama bin Laden in 2001, though the Federal Government could do in 2011. It is so, since what CIA had been doing in a year to look for Osama bin Laden using computers in 2000 could be done in 1 hour and 30 minutes in 2009.

Joking aside, this performance growth also tells why China could so swiftly absorb or steal technical/business information from Japan and the U.S. in 2000's.

*** *** *** ***

Recently viewers in the U.S., Germany, and Iran take higher ratios among all in this blog.

The Fukushima Daiichi accidents must have an influence on this trend.

The U.S. has the most nuclear power stations among all the nations in the world; Germany has decided to abandon nuclear energy; but Iran is still making efforts to build a nuclear power station for their own.

As Prime Minister of Japan Mr. Naoto Kan said in France and G8 Summit, Japan is going to develop non-nuclear energy more. Hiroshima, Nagasaki, and Fukushima Daiichi, it is enough for Japan.

And, Israel should stop pursuing a commercial nuclear energy program:
It also touched on Japan. "It certainly caused me to reconsider the projects of building civil nuclear power plants," Netanyahu said. "I have to tell you I was a lot more enthusiastic about it than I am now."
...
"I don't think we're going to pursue civil nuclear energy in the coming years," responded Netanyahu.

http://piersmorgan.blogs.cnn.com/2011/03/17/israel-prime-minister-netanyahu-japan-situation-has-caused-me-to-reconsider-nuclear-power/?hpt=T2
And, Israel should abandon all the nuclear weapons it has secretly developed.

Of course, Pakistan, India, and China should abolish their defense strategy ultimately relying on nuclear weapons.

Then, the U.S., France, the U.K., and Russia (in addition to North Korea) should know that no one in the world is afraid of their nuclear weapons.

" the voice of the Son of God" - (The 3rd Bi-Millennium)

Tokyo in the Rain...

The 3rd Bi-Millennium (Le troisième bi-millénaire)

Probably, it is time to review 2000's.

Has anything drastic occurred during the first decade in the third 2000 year period since departure of Abraham from Mesopotamia that could match the emergence of Christ Jesus in the first decade of the second bimillennium since the departure of Abraham from Mesopotamia being led by his God?

(In this context, the first year of our calender should be the year when Abram left Ur of Mesopotamia. The birth year of Christ Jesus should be 2000 or 2001 as you like. Hence, we are now in 4011. I strongly recommend Judaists, Christians, and Muslims to adopt this Abraham Calendar system that has stretched for 4011 years up till now.)

SECTION I: 2000's Terror

2001: The 9/11 attacks in Washington, D.C., New York City and Shanksville, Pennsylvania (2,992 killed)

2008: Over 146,000 in Burma/Myanmar are killed by Cyclone Nargis.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2000s_(decade)

SECTION IV: 2000's Economic Fiascoes

2007 - 2009: The rise in interest rates and the collapse of the housing market caused a wave of loan payment failures in the U.S. in 2007. The subsequent mortgage crisis caused a global financial crisis. Economic activity was severely affected around the world in 2008 and 2009,[88] with disastrous consequences for carmakers.

2008: During 2003, the price rose above $30, reached $60 by August 11, 2005, and peaked at $147.30 in July 2008. The recession caused demand for energy to shrink in late 2008 and early 2009 and the price plunged as well.

SECTION V: 2000's Politics

2001: George W. Bush was sworn in as the 43rd President of the United States following a sharply contested election.

2001: Junichiro Koizumi was elected as prime minister of Japan to lead the nation for the next 5 years, gaining a higher approval rating, taking back some abductees from North Korea, and visiting the Yasukuni Shrine despite Chinese objections.

2008: Fidel Castro resigns in 2008 on health reasons. Castro's brother Raúl is elected to succeed him.

2009: Barack Obama is sworn in as the 44th President of the United States, becoming the nation's first African American president.

2009: The conservative pro-American LDP, in power for almost 50 years in Japan, lost a general election to be replaced by the socialistic DPJ led by Yukio Hatoyama who however resigned as PM within a year for an Okinawa issue.

The ideal state of mankind on the earth is of course for everybody to live the highest level of spiritual and material life.

It is very possible with the level of civilization mankind has achieved. But, reality is opposite.

It is because there are many factors, and the most important one is the American Dream.

The American Dream is the underlying cause of the 9/11 Terror of 2001 and the Financial Crisis of 2008, since Americans have tried to achieve the American Dream by leveraging crude oil in the Middle East and financial tricks on Wall Street. They have pursued their goal while neglecting religion and justice domestically and internationally. So, the decade of 2000's is a testing time for the Americans and the American Dream.

Regardless of judgment by the God, this decade has actually ended when President Mr. Barack Obama took on Osama bin Laden.

And another decade started with the 3/11 Disaster of Japan, including the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear accidents. It is as if the God had punished Japan so that the Japanese would come to themselves and get prepared for its new role in the third bi-millennium, since Japan has already helped China become an economic power.

"hath everlasting life" - (State of Radioactivity)

Tokyo Station in Rain...

State of Radioactivity (État de la radioactivité)

No one has got panics in Japan despite the 3/11 Disaster accompanied by the Fukushuima Daiich nuclear accidents.

However, everybody looks like keeping low profile.

Generally speaking, just in the same manner as Americans behaving after the 9/11 Terror, pious people would be more pious and evil ones will be more evil in the wake of a great shock given to society without advance notice.

It is as if the God were screening people. But, for what? To accelerate a process for the Last Judgment? Or to make the world continue a little longer by having evil ones invoke curses on them fast and strengthening pious ones for advancement into the Kingdom of God?

The answer is always in history. People who study history in the 22nd century will surely find an answer.

SECTION I: Radioactivity in Europe and Japan

In 1960's, hydrogen bombs and atomic bombs (nuclear bombs) were tested frequently and in a large scale all over the world by the U.S., the USSR, France, the U.K., and China.

Consequently, water and soils on the earth were largely radioactively contaminated.

Before 1963
Average yearly radioactivity in rain in Central Europe: 740 Bq/Kg
Surface water radioactivity in Central Europe: 444 Bq/Kg
Surface sea water radioactivity of the North Atlantic Ocean: 22.2 Bq/Kg

In 1963/1964
Average yearly radioactivity in rain in Central Europe: 222,000 Bq/Kg
Surface water radioactivity in Central Europe: 166,500 Bq/Kg
Surface sea water radioactivity of the North Atlantic Ocean: 1,850 Bq/Kg

In 1979
Average yearly radioactivity in rain in Central Europe: 9,250 Bq/Kg
Surface water radioactivity in Central Europe: 7,400 Bq/Kg
Surface sea water radioactivity of the North Atlantic Ocean: 555 Bq/Kg

In the wake of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear accident in March 2011, radiation levels around Tokyo Prefecture and Fukushima Prefecture have increased as follows.

Soil radioactivity in Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo: 1,904 Bq/Kg...(April 10)
Soil radioactivity in Koto Ward, Tokyo: 3,201 Bq/Kg...(April 10)
Soil radioactivity in Chiba City, Chiba: 1,327 Bq/Kg...(April 11)
Soil radioactivity in Kamisu City, Ibaraki: 455 Bq/Kg...(April 20)
Soil radioactivity in Fukushima City, Fukushima: 27,650 Bq/Kg...(March 19)

So, the current radioactive situation around Tokyo or even around Fukushima Prefecture is far better than that around Berlin and other European cities from the middle of 1960's to 1970's.

(Note: One becquerel or 1 Bq means that one atom per second collapses radioactively emitting nuclear radiation.)

SECTION II: 20 Milli Sieverts for Children?

In Fukushima Prefectures there are 600 elementary schools. But, some of them are under an influence of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear accident.

According to the Government, a radiation dose up to 20 milli sieverts per year can be accepted for children, so that no evacuation of children from schools is planned and practiced.

For example, a radiation dose in Fukushima City, some 75 km from Fukushima Daiichi, is about 1.5 micro sieverts per hour. It is 30 micro sieverts per day or 1 milli sierverts per month. Consequently, children in Fukushima City receive radiation of 12 milli sieverts per year.

But, in the play ground of some school, the radiation level is higher than than 1.5 micro sieverts per hour. The Kan Cabinet simply tells that the school management should not let children play in the exercise ground.

Is this limit of 20 milli sieverts for good health of children right and reasonable?

Or should the Government hire 5000 buses to move children everyday to other schools or facilities in a safer zone to have children take lessons in class rooms?

This is a serious issue that might decide the fate of the Kan Cabinet, since they might be causing future health problems inside the bodies of children.

It will cost just $200 million or so to use 5000 buses everyday for long distance school attending by children in affected areas of Fukushima Prefecture. It can be essily covered by the Japanese Government.

Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists Nov 1997

No Dose Too Low

Both sides agree that studies of Japanese bomb survivors show strong evidence of adverse effects at a dose of 200 milliSieverts for adult survivors and 100 milliSieverts in the case of children. Below that, the Health Physics Society says, there is an "inability to detect any increased health detriment."

But most others disagree. They cite Alice Stewart's pioneering Oxford studies, which revealed that children whose in utero exposures were as little as 10 to 20 milliSieverts had 40 percent more childhood leukemias than those who were not exposed – a statistically significant increase in risk at low doses. Although Stewart's work, published in 1970, was long attacked by nuclear industry proponents, subsequent studies have supported its main findings and government radiation authorities now quote the Oxford studies without caveat.

In addition to Stewart's work, a 1995 study that pooled the results of seven epidemiological investigations showed a statistically increase in the incidence of human thyroid cancer in groups that received doses of between 10 and 100 milliSieverts.

After the 9/11 Terror, it is said that America has changed. First, nationalism went mainstream, helping President Mr. George W. Bush get reelected. Then, acquisitive attitudes got intensified among citizens leading to the subprime loan problem. Finally, a showdown came with the fall of the financial sector and the bankruptcy of GM. But, a new era started with new president Mr. Barack Obama who finally took on Osama bin Laden. And, Wall Street and American big enterprises, including GM, came back on the old track. Though it is a little difficult to clearly indicate how Americans changed in this decade, they look at least a little educated. Conversely, America has become less dangerous to the world. It will not invoke another 9/11 or Lehman shock. Americans are going to behave a little more modest.

However, after the 3/11 Disaster of Japan, it is still unclear how Japan will change, and how China, South Korea, Taiwan, and North Korea will be influenced by change in Japan.

Anyway, as 2000's began with the 9/11 Terror in the world, 2010's began with the 3/11 Disaster for some countries in the world.

"if thou bring thy gift to the altar" - (TEPCO's Barriers)

TEPCO's Barriers (TEPCO obstacles)

The U.S. exports to China in 2010 were $91.9 billion.

The U.S. imports from China in 2010 were $364.9 billion.

Japan's exports to China in 2010 were $149.96 billion.

Japan's imports from China in 2010 were $152.76 billion.

Japan exports to China 50% more than the U.S. does, while Japan imports from China 50% less than the U.S. does. Accordingly the Japanese trade with China is somewhat balanced unlike the case of the U.S.

Or, Japanese technology is imported to China where it is used for Chinese export to the U.S.

Therefore, it is no wander that the Chinese elite all got so anxious about the 3/11 Disaster in Japan as the Chinese premier recently visited Japan for periodical meeting with the Japanese prime minister and the Korean president.

SECTION I: Tokyo Electric Power Company, Only 5 Barriers?

The Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant and other nuclear power plants run by TEPCO had not so bad records in keeping safety, at least according to its official reports to the Government, till March 11, 2011.

(4) Problem Occurrence
Problems to be reported in accordance with the Electricity Utilities Industry Law and the Law on the Regulation of Nuclear Source Material, Nuclear Fuel Material, and Reactors

Five Barriers Enclosing Radioactive Substances

The Points in a nuclear power plant where radioactive substances are produced are thoroughly enclosed in multiple barriers to ensure that no radioactivity can leak to the outside.

http://www.tepco.co.jp/en/challenge/energy/nuclear/safety-e.html

The point at issue is that TEPCO's measures for safety were found to be insufficient in the wake of the 3/11 Disaster. Its five barriers are not enough to cope with a disaster beyond expectations, though they worked somewhat successfully until March 11, 2011. In order to advance for absolute perfection, which is a must for nuclear matters, it needs the following additional but essential barriers:

The 6th Barrier: Environmental strength with a focus on a historically maximum-level of earthquakes, tsunamis, sever weather, and other hazardous natural phenomena.

The 7th Barrier: Organizational and social system strength in operation, management, and supervision, including TEPCO itself, subcontractors, local communities, academic communities, and the Government.

The 8th Barrier: Awareness and philosophy enhanced for ultimate safety in the nation.

The conventional barriers TEPCO has adopted are based on its current technical ability and engineering level. It simply states what TEPCO would like to do while saving costs for safety as much as possible. It is centered around TEPCO's convenience.

But, the Barriers 6th, 7th and 8th proposed here are centered around external threats thinkable. It is hard to satisfy these conditions, so that TEPCO is requested to make efforts its nuclear-plant safety level without a limit and forever. On the contrary, TEPCO's current safety paradigm with its five barrier theory would allow TEPCO stop its efforts when it fulfills the conditions it specified based on its convenience and cost-effect^profit calculation.

Efforts to secure safety in a nuclear power plant must be endlessly and limitlessly pursued without a halt. But, TEPCO's current specifications about safety allow the company to stop its efforts to enhance safety but to pursue profits by saving any unnecessary and redundant measures it deems.

For this reason, the Japanese Government has the Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency and the Nuclear Safety Commission which have, however, proved to be almost useless in the current 3/11 Fukushima Daiichi nuclear accident.

This defect in national-level safety management of the Japanese Government looks deeply rooted in the Japanese culture that has been nourished and fostered in the Japanese Archipelago isolated from the Asian Continent and the world while being allowed to enjoy rich and genial nature and climates. The environment of Japan has created remarkably modest and moderate personality among the Japanese people. But, it has not trained the people to be always well prepared for acute and pressing condition.

It is also concerned with religions and spiritualism of the Japanese at the deepest level.

SECTION II: IMF Sponsors

There are many Americans who do not know that Japan has been the second largest fund provider for IMF in these decades.

In the wake of the Fuksuhima Daiichi nuclear accidents in the middle of March, many foreign students, especially Chinese students, left Japan.

But, now two months after the occurrence of the hydrogen explosion and fire in Fukushima Daichi, most of them have come back to Japan.

It is understood. Since four nuclear reactor units were partly broken 220 km northeast of Tokyo (it was only one reactor in the Chernobyl case), everybody would like to leave Tokyo. Even the American Government recommended American citizens to leave a 80-km zone from the Fukushima Daiichi plant.

Yet, 40 million Japanese are living around Tokyo as usual, and hundreds of workers are tackling the crippled nuclear reactors in Fukushima Daiichi. It is because radiation is not at a dangerous level around Tokyo, though it is still unusually high around Fukushima Daiichi.

There was a possibility that millions of people around Fukushima Prefecture were forced to evacuate their home towns, but the situation was not aggravated so much.

The most serious issue now is whether children in Fukushima Prefecture are allowed to go to school where they are expected to receive radiation of 20 milli sieverts per year. The Kan Cabinet has indicated that it can be accepted, though it might be a big mistake.

Mat 5:22 But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.

Mat 5:23 Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there rememberest that thy brother hath ought against thee;

Mat 5:24 Leave there thy gift before the altar, and go thy way; first be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift.

Forecast of Great Earthquake

Forecast of Great Earthquake

A very interesting study was made public in terms of prediction of a big earthquake:
Atmosphere Above Japan Heated Rapidly Before M9 Earthquake
Infrared emissions above the epicenter increased dramatically in the days before the devastating earthquake in Japan, say scientists.
Last year, we looked at some fascinating data from the DEMETER spacecraft showing a significant increase in ultra-low frequency radio signals before the magnitude 7 Haiti earthquake in January 2010

Today, Dimitar Ouzounov at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Centre in Maryland and a few buddies present the data from the Great Tohoku earthquake which devastated Japan on 11 March. Their results, although preliminary, are eye-opening.

They say that before the M9 earthquake, the total electron content of the ionosphere increased dramatically over the epicentre, reaching a maximum three days before the quake struck.
...
The Japan earthquake is the largest to have struck the island in modern times and will certainly turn out to be among the best studied. If good evidence of this relationship doesn't emerge from this data, other opportunities will be few and far between.

In Japan, too, many scientists are engaged in study on emission of electromagnetic wave from rocks being crushed. Some mechanisms are known that induces electromagnetic wave. But, the state of rocks deep underground is complicated. No clear and universal laws are yet to be formulated for the phenomenon of electromagnetic wave emission before occurrence of a great earthquake.

What I want to point to is concentration of force. There is a way to measure distribution of mass and intensity of electromagnetic wave radiation. But, there is no effective way to measure concentration of force, though pressure and temperature can represent it. However the point at issue is direct measurement of concentration of force is more effective than indirect measurement of electromagnetic wave generated due to crush of rocks which is triggered by concentration of force.

From a depth in the ground, strong electromagnetic wave can be issued to the outer space. But, pressure and temperature deep underground cannot reach the surface of the ground easily. So, to monitor the concentration of force a more active method should be adopted.

Put simply, when two great masses of underground rocks or part of the continental plates push and press each other before big crush, not so strong electromagnetic wave must be emitted but temperature on the friction surface of the two masses should increase and concentration of underground material should increase significantly. So, continuous observation of the temperature and the mass concentration should allow for forecast of a large scale earthquake.

There can be a few practical methods to measure them.

(To be continued...)

Today in Tokyo though no earthquake but rain:

Not many foreign tourists were seen in Akihabara, a popular electronics district of Tokyo, and Asakusa, a downtown hot spot for sightseeing. Since the outbreak of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear reactor accidents in the middle of March, not only less and less foreign tourists are coming to Tokyo but more and more foreigners, including Chinese workers in farms and factories outside Tokyo, have left Japan.

It is hard to say which is better for Japan to have more foreigners or less foreigners on its soil. Some Japanese do not like to see Chinese expanding their presence in Japan or American military bases holding vast areas.

But one thing sure is that it is impossible to expect foreigners to face, stand, and address the challenge of a possible great earthquake around Tokyo and fear of potential radioactive contamination.

Yet, this challenge will give new form to the Japanese people, making them all the more unique in the world.

Anyway, in the cold rain of May, I came back from Tokyo to see a TV news show that featured how three million commuters were trapped in Tokyo office districts over the night of March 11, 2011, in the wake of the great earthquake, since all the railroad systems were halted due to the aftermath of the great seismic tremor.
